Terms and Conditions
We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If this happens we ask that where possible you give us 24 hours notice. In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee.
At your stylists discretion there may be an additional charge for long thick hair on any service.
Our Commitment
At Cherise Amore we aim to deliver every service with the highest level of care, skill and professionalism. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right.
Complaints Procedure
All concerns must be raised within 7 days of your appointment.
We require the opportunity to see your hair in person so that we can fully understand the issue.
In most cases we will offer to correct or re do the service free of charge within a reasonable time frame.
Corrections must take place in the salon. We do not cover the cost of treatments carried out elsewhere.
Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
If you are not happy with your service the law allows us the right to remedy the issue first by re doing or correcting your hair.
A refund will only be considered if
If you decline the opportunity for us to correct the service a refund may not be given.
Deposits are non refundable except where the salon is at fault.

Please contact us by phone email or in person.
We will book an appointment for you to return so we can assess your hair.
We aim to resolve all complaints quickly fairly and with respect for our clients.
